10K Beyond Boundaries Training

Our Beyond Boundaries 10k program, in partnership with New Balance, focuses on runners looking to complete their first 10k or improve their 10k race time with intermediate training. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your race in just 10 weeks! The 2018 10k program will offer TRX Cross-training on Wednesday nights at 5pm or 6pm and Yoga on Sunday mornings at 9am as part of the training program. We are going to provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs and speed work outs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you! As part of your registration you will receive fun gear, fully supported weekly workouts (water, Nuun, and key drop), a weekly program newsletter keeping you up to date, expert coaching and mentoring and a change of life experience which you will never forget.

Program meets four times a week during the training period and we recommend you attend at least 2 of the 3 run days offered to you. Workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season.

Tuesdays @ 6pm at Fleet Feet, easy weekly run

Wednesdays @ 5pm OR 6pm at Cross-fit lucky 4

Thursdays @ 6:15pm for speed work out; Location TBD

Saturday @ 8am at Fleet Feet for group long run

Sunday @ 9am at Fleet Feet for group yoga
