10K BEYOND BOUNDARIES TRAINING

Our 10k Beyond Boundaries program, in partnership with New Balance, focuses on runners looking to complete their first 10k or improve their 10k race time with intermediate training. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your race in just 10 weeks! We are going to provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs and speed work outs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

As part of your registration you will receive fun gear, fully supported weekly workouts (water, Nuun, and a key drop), a weekly program newsletter keeping you up to date, expert coaching & mentoring, and a life experience which you will never forget. NEW in Spring 2018 10k program will offer TRX Cross-Training on Wednesday nights as part of the training program at CrossFit Lucky 4 Gym in Vacaville.

The program meets three times a week during the training period, once on Wednesdays at either 5PM or 6PM for TRX, Thursdays @ 6:00AM or 6:15PM and once on Saturday @ 8AM. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season.
