Requirements to Join
1) Completed at least 2 marathons
2) Has in the past run multiple weeks over 30 miles per week
3) Able to run 6 days per week
4) Able to complete week 1 long run of 12 miles
The training plan will include the following:
1) Long runs on Saturday mornings at 6:30 AM
2) Group workouts on Thursday Evenings at 6:15 PM
3) Monday workouts done on own (members can and should coordinate with fellow runners to workout
4) Peak weekly mileage between 50-60 miles
