This is an intermediate half marathon training program designed for those who have already completed one or more half marathons and are currently able to cover 7 miles. It is a shorter and more intensive training program so if you are a beginner half marathoner you may want to look into the lynch canyon or cowtown options for half marathon training. This training program will help you to prepare for the second annual Fiesta Days half marathon May 22, 2010 Reserve your spot now - space is limited.

LYNCH CANYON HALF MARATHON TRAINING

This program is a 12-week training program designed to help you to prepare for the third annual Lynch Canyon Half Marathon trail run to be held on Saturday, June 5, 2010. You will be doing your long-runs on trails similar to what you will experience in the race. This program is designed for someone who is able to cover 6 miles comfortably.
