WINTER

- January 5 – March 16, 2008
- Registration CLOSED
- Thursdays @ 6pm and Saturdays @ 6:30am group workouts
- Half Marathon Program cost: $75
Run or walk your way to your first half marathon finish or improve your current half marathon time by joining the Fleet Feet Half Marathon training program. This training program will help you to prepare for the 4th Annual Shamrock'n Half Marathon to be held on Sunday, March 16, 2008. Reserve your spot now - space is limited.

Fleet Feet Sports is offering No Boundaries, a 12-week training program for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K race or improve their time. The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles. Let's get dirty! Fleet Feet Sports is offering a 10-week training program for those looking to introduce you to or improve your trail running experience at Lagoon Valley Park. Participants should be able to run/walk 3 miles in 45 minutes prior to first session.

- 19 week Marathon Program cost $105

Run or walk your way to your first half marathon finish or improve your current half marathon time by joining the Fleet Feet Half Marathon training program. This training program will help you to prepare for the Cowtown Half Marathon in Sacramento or the Rock N Roll Half Marathon to be held on October 5, 2008. If running a full marathon is your next goal, continue your training with us for the California International Marathon in Sacramento in December 7, 2008.
