REGISTRATION openS NOVEMBER 1ST!
The No Boundaries training program group workout will begin February 10, 2009. No Boundaries will offer participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment. The training program is for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K race or improve their time. Our goal race will be the Loop the Lagoon 5K in Vacaville on Saturday, May 2, 2009.
REQUIREMENTS
If you are just beginning an exercise program, you are encouraged to see your doctor. All participants should be able to run or walk a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week by the start of training.

Mondays and Wednesday @ 6:15 PM start at Fleet Feet Sports 354 Merchant Street , Downtown Vacaville.

In person registration available at Fleet Feet Sports 354 Merchant Street. $75 per person.
Registration fee does not include race entry fee.
