Fleet Feet Sports is offering No Boundaries, a 12-week training program for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K race or improve their time. The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles. This training program will help you to prepare for the Loop the Lagoon 5K to be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009. Reserve your spot now - space is limited.
