Jan 5th & Jan 26th! In this 1 hour focused, dynamic session, you will receive coaching on proper balance, posture, cadence, and forward lean, through a series of coached drills. Drills are used to reduce excessive breaking forces or impact and work towards reducing both, so the runner can enjoy a more efficient stride. The goal, or outcome of the drill, is to run the same pace you are accustomed to (if not faster) with a lower heart rate, less perceived effort, and less over all pain associated with running. Before and after, slow motion video will be provided in a follow up email with more info and tips concerning these topics.
